Over the past 5 years, Cornerstone Partnership has been coordinating an ambitious effort to collect key performance data from shared equity homeownership programs across the US, including Community Land Trusts, deed restriction programs, shared appreciation loan programs, and Limited Equity Housing Cooperatives.
