Our organization, Grounded Solutions Network, recently hosted an e-learning session focused on how organizations can monitor their inclusionary housing rental portfolios effectively.

Two organizations, CGP&H and the City of Park City Utah, shared their experiences on managing a rental portfolios as well as how to avoid common pitfalls in program management and what best practices have worked to make their programs successful.

CGP&H is one of our HomeKeeper user organizations who is using our program to manage both their rental portfolio as well as the homeownership units they help to qualify residents for on behalf of local jurisdictions.
