Pricing for HomeKeeper depends on whether or not you are managing a homeownership program, a housing counseling program, or both. There is a discount for organizations with both the Homeownership and Housing Counseling features.

Pricing for Homeownership Programs:

For the homeownership program features, non-profit organizations pay a $3,500 one-time enrollment fee and an annual  member fee ($2,500-$4,000) for the first year.

One-time Enrollment Fee for Homeownership includes:
  • Pre-Meeting & Setup Interview
  • Initial setup and configuration
  • Orientation and further customization training
  • Initial connection setup to the Hub
  • Does not include: migration, advanced customization, multi-program setup, multi-layout setup

One-Time Enrollment Fee:


Annual Participation Fee Includes:
  • Access to Knowledge Base and forums
  • Ability to suggest ideas and vote
  • Access to HomeKeeper and new versions as released (approx annually)
  • Online webinars and office hours (approx. monthly)
  • Email Support
  • Annual performance benchmarking report for up to 5 programs

Pricing for Housing Counseling

We are currently enrolling Early Adopters interested in using HomeKeeper for their Housing Counseling Programs. Early adopters pay $2,500 to get up and running and $1,000 a year.   Learn more.
