As you’ve probably heard, August 16th was Liz’s last day at Grounded Solutions Network and she will soon be starting at MIT in pursuit of a graduation degree in urban planning. On behalf of the entire HomeKeeper community, I’d like to thank Liz for her dedication to the HomeKeeper program and Grounded Solutions Network. Whether on-boarding new program staff, answering user questions, writing documentation or developing a new feature, Liz has always put the interests and needs of our users first.

Tiffany and Liz at Dreamforce 2013

We’ll miss her Salesforce and technology smarts, her intellectual curiosity, and her passion for housing justice that she brought to work each and every day. We are truly grateful for all of her contributions and wish her the very best as she transitions to graduate school. We look forward to following her future successes as she will no doubt continue to be a driving force for positive change.

Speaking of transitions, I’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce and warmly welcome Cheryl Curry, our new HomeKeeper Specialist. Cheryl is based in Portland, Oregon and will start August 14th.

Cheryl is a certified Salesforce Administrator and brings to our team over five years of Salesforce experience and over eight years of experience in training, user adoption, event planning, and newsletter/website content development. She comes to us from Enterprise Community Partners where she worked on the Salesforce Customer Success team, creating content and training to drive engagement and adoption. She is the club Treasurer of a local Toastmasters club and volunteers with local advocacy organizations.

She will start August 14th in order to ensure continuous support to the HomeKeeper community. As always, you can reach out to us for assistance anytime at: support@myhomekeeper.org. While it will likely take some time for Cheryl to get up to speed, we remain committed to getting you the support you need to be successful.
