On Wednesday, 9/18/19, two HomeKeeper participating organizations will participate as presenters in “Understanding the Performance of Shared Equity Homeownership Programs”, a free webinar offered as part of Grounded Solutions Network’s Training Institute Online.

Presenters in this free webinar include Mia Walterson (Habitat for Humanity Seattle – King County) and Allen Carlson (Newtown Community Development Corporation). Walterson and Carson will share experiences about how their programs maintain level of funding in growing their portfolio and effectively serve communities of color.
This webinar will be led by Vince Wang, Ph.D., the lead author of the working paper published by Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, will highlight impacts of the shared equity housing sector over 33 years and across four distinct market periods.
The study was informed by our HomeKeeper National Data Hub. Our National Data Hub was recently refreshed with the most recent data aggregated from participating HomeKeeper organizations enrolled in our Data Hub.
