The Primary Contact should be our lead contact with you on HomeKeeper membership, renewal and important communications. Your Primary Contact should be the staff member whose job responsibilities include making final decisions on customization, integration and in-house process related to HomeKeeper.








The Secondary Contact (if any) should be the person who we can contact if we're not able to get in touch with the Primary Contact, or whose job also may include maintaining, customizing or training on HomeKeeper.
