Tiffany Eng
Program Director

Tiffany has been leading the HomeKeeper program since 2010 and currently oversees product development, marketing and member outreach.  She brings over 15 years of experience providing organizations around the country with training and technical assistance in designing and implementing successful asset building programs. In addition, she has been a licensed California REALTOR since 2007 and is a passionate advocate for first-time homebuyers and family-friendly cities.  Tiffany has a masters in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley and an undergraduate degree from Carleton College.

Cheryl Curry
Senior Training & Support Specialist

Cheryl joined us in August 2017 and is based in Portland, Oregon. She is responsible for on-boarding new user organizations, user trainings, creating documentation and responding to user requests. Cheryl brings over 10 years of experience in training and driving adoption, using technology to meet these goals, and is a certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder. Previously, Cheryl used Salesforce and other technology at Enterprise Community Partners to support housing opportunities. Cheryl has worked and volunteered at a variety of nonprofits, including teaching digital literacy at the Boys and Girls Club of Trenton & Mercer County, and serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Cheryl holds an undergraduate degree from Hofstra University.

Lindsey Griggs
Training & Support Specialist

Lindsey Griggs comes to us with over 6 years of experience in customer service and program administration. Before joining the Grounded Solutions Team, Lindsey was Program Administrator for the Portland Housing Center’s Individual Development Account Program. She also served as an AmeriCorps service member at Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East in 2017, where she supported the Homeownership Program in capacity building, homeowner education, and HomeKeeper implementation. Lindsey received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. In her free time, you can find Lindsey reading, jogging, volunteering, or hiking Oregon trails.

Haley Wotzka
Marketing & Outreach Specialist

Haley Wotzka has been working in the nonprofit sector, primarily affordable housing, for over 13 years. She has experience with outreach, cross-sector collaboration, community engagement and strengthening networks in diverse communities. She has a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. Since 2013, she has traveled annually with teams of volunteers to build homes in other countries through the Habitat for Humanity Global Village program.
